Complex Needs and Disability Services in Chestermere Canada

Passionate Health Caregivers supports people who are living with complex needs or behaviors at different stages in their lives. We build support packages around each person—modifying the type or level of support as their needs change—with the overall aim of reducing it over time. Our support workers have the outlook, skills, and training to make sure the people we support are safe, included and encouraged. Our organization was created in response to the increasing need for support to people with complex needs and disabilities.
